1946-D/D Lincoln Cent Help

I was looking through some wheat cents I found searching a bag and this one caught my eye.







It looks like a D/D to me but I wanted to see if people with more experience think so. I looked on Ken Potter's site and he lists an RPM 4, 5, and 6, but they are Northeast and North. If I understand the system this would be Southwest. The Cherrypickers' guide doesn't list a 1946-D error.

Any help and/opinions on the coin would be greatly appreciated.

"The RPM Book" lists it as 1946-D/D cent RPM # 1.

Definitely an RPM.
