<< <i>Pittsburgh Nellie? >>
A Chris Farley line, from Almost Heroes. I value my membership, so I can't explain what Pittsburgh Nellie could do, though LogPotato obviously knows (though, it did center around money, and back in those days, think Lewis & Clark, it was more than likely coinage, so it does have to do with US coins)!!

Yes, he was an extremely funny guy, and losing the likes of him, John Belushi, Phil Hartman, John Candy....just a sin. A true loss for comedy fans.
...um, anyway, as for the coin, the toning looks a bit suspicious. Seems like once upon a time there could have been rainbow toning, and then an owner put the coin in a questionable place in order to artificially tone it. I only suggest this because there's random rainbow toning in the middle of a gold-toned scheme. What do you guys think?
