Why would a seller list a price guide price in his title then list it for more money? This guy has numerous listing like this imageeBay

    Maybe he's waiting for someone to negotiate the price downward toward the price guide listing.

    Maybe he considers them a bit nicer than usual for the grade. I really really like his 1966 and 1967 SMS Kennedys. I have paid 50% over for a few slabbed coins that were
    exceptional and always made money reselling them (without getting them upgraded)
