ahhh, i see it needs to be a "Secure Plus" submission.. naturally. i mean it makes complete sense.

I just joined PCGS currency. Tell ya how naive I was... I thought my membership here covered me there nope.... I need some "new guidance" to go along with some old guidance. It's a different address and everything. I need a mentor

and I thought '48 was the cut-off date, not '65, in requiring "Secure Plus" services. .
