If you move enough deck chairs to port, you can get the lean you need to pull the gash on the starboard side out of the water thus eliminating the influx of ice cold sea water. Spin it until they believe it!

Basically they are re-writing the way they calculate the economy to include things that they did not include before and they will backdate the information back to 1929.
