I'm talking about Kitco selling ASE's only outside of the good ole US of A.

i would guess that their agreement with the US Mint doesn't allow the to sell to the US. Just speculating.

Could be all the regulatory paperwork/filing required to sell/ship to the US

Apparently less red tape on export of ASEs made in the USA vs sending back.
We here in Canada, export a lot of gas to the US.
However, from what I've been told, our Canadian 'red-tape' or regulations, states that we have to sell Canadian gas, to Canadians for MORE than what our exported gas to the US sells for.
Go figure that one.
Today our gas sells for $1.24 Cdn a litre. Converting the dollars and litres to gallons.....
This equates to $4.60 USD a (US) gallon. (and a few weeks ago it was as high as $4.88)
