a 1969s and a 1986, both corroded 3-6 in deep

If you're finding stuff 3-6 inches down, your machine is working fine.

Next step, get that first Wheatie.

After a few of those, the first Merc dime should turn up.

Haha. Happy to inspire! Don't forget all the good stuff Demo pulls out too. Had that nice silver dollar recently. I'm on a few day break...found some... Poison ivy the other day. One of the detecting finds NOT on my top ten list.
