If buying in to this group rip at the 10% discount, is it allowed to add on additional packs or boxes that are not part of this group rip and get the 10% off also when paying for it all ? Or is that just silly to even inquire about.

I am not speaking on behalf of Cincilegs or BBCE, but it has been in my experience that Steve has added 10% off when I inquired about other products within the same order/payment not included in the group break.

I have received a discount in the past when I included extra items on my order but I really think it's more dependent on Steve's cost for each item. As an example, at last year's National in Baltimore Steve was gracious enough to extend a 10% discount to all CU members on most items at his tables. However certain items (1975 Topps rack packs) were sold with no discount. So I guess the answer is maybe.

Anyone purchasing (10) packs or less will have their order shipped via USPS. (Rack packs equal three packs).
All USPS orders will be calculated at a flat rate of $6.
Insurance: Insurance is provided for the first $100. Additional insurance may be purchased at a rate of $1 per $100 of insurance.
Insurance is optional (you don’t have to take it, but if you don’t, you assume all risks).
Anyone purchasing (11) packs or more will have their order shipped via UPS.
All UPS orders will be calculated at $10, up to the first box (36 packs) plus $1 per $100 of insurance.
Each additional box will be $1, plus applicable insurance charges.

It looks like $10 for 1st box and $1 for second box (36 more packs) plus insurance $1 per $100.
$11 plus insurance.
