Used my eBay bucks on the ASE's and took advantage of the dip with SilverTowne free shipping bars. I didn't remember they had serial numbers...glad they shipped consecutive bars!

I picked up two of these (Total 1 oz).
I picked this up at my local B&M, I ended up paying $15.75 ea ($31.50 for the oz) and received some different change. The change received was 3 Bicentennial Kennedy Halves, 1 Susan B. Anthony Dollar and 1 Ike Dollar.
I have to say, most unusual change ever received.

<< <i>Also three A-mark 1 oz bars got at SPOT - anyone know much about these? one is 1980 the other two are 1981 - any premium or difference in year? Thanks
>>
I don't know much about a-marks bar, only that you did great buying them at spot! They demand a nice premium.
Calling Piecesofme, he knows more about the different years.
Slow week for me but I did grab a San Francisco and a West Point 2013 SAE for my set.

Bought $17.50 face of 90%, 2- Silver American Eagles, and 1- Maple Leaf from a local individual on Wednesday.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
How do they look like? What do you think about the new security engraving?
<< <i>Barndog, I too was tempted by those Maples at Provident.

I like the Maples. I had forgotten about the security engraving until you mentioned it, so I went to take a look. Pretty cool. Looks like it would be difficult to replicate with a high degree of accuracy.
Here's a pic of the security engraving I found on the net:
This week for me:

Here is one on the way via Ebay. The seller noted he bought it from a person who said that the fabric bar came with the bar.

Not too much for me, 2 one ounce Bull / Bear rounds and one modern art bar, but I may do some shopping over the weekend.
I know the bar isn't exactly strict bullion material, but it was calling to me for some reason, I couldn't resist.

NICE!
<< <i>My youngest back in 2008, during the Great Buffalo Flip having a lot of fun and not knowing why..
>>
That is awesome. My girls (9 &12) are now at the "gee that's great dad, can we go" and "thanks for the Girl Scout Commemorative, tell me more" stage. Although when I am admiring my coins, they will go get the ones I've given them over the years and ask new questions. My wife still rolls her eyes though!
Everytime mine shouts downstairs, "you're spending too much time on the computer, again", I say, "would ya rather me be at the tavern gettin' loaded?, and by the way, you do want to get some new clothes this month, right?"...That usually makes her go back to makin' me sumfin to eat and it being brought downstairs.

Sounds like you got her well trained.

She thinks she knows how to push buttons to make me feel guilty about a silver purchase, then I remind her how she likes to wear nice new clothes. It usually ends up being a wash LOL.
We rarely argue about anything, but we've never had an argument about money. I couldn't imagine having it any other way.

<< <i>My wife and I have been married 16 years and have always had completely separate finances. >>
I couldn't agree more. Been married 4 years in May and have and separate finances, I tend to cover more since my job pays more. We've lived together for 7 years now and no fights over money. She really wasn't sure about me getting into coins/ebay, but now that my full time job and we couldn't be happier. Ebay sales(side job) should reach $120K this year in sales which is the larger portion of my income aside from the full time job I have and being in the national guard.
This weeks additions were a bit smaller then lasts, as a had a chance to pickup some great inventory for ebay instead.
5Xproof ase, I couldn't say no at $50 each
2X10 oz bars
McArthur set in old old holder
1992 Kook
It is the "non-error" version of a 1972 Madison Mint "The General Train" silver art bar. I bought it today at a local flea market and I paid $28.00 for it (Yesterday's spot silver close = $25.85/oz). It is a common-minted bar but given the difficulty that I had of finding old silver art bars locally, I am glad that I found this.
The other silver art bar that I bought was one on ebay on Thursday (April 11) and it was an enameled 1-oz 1991 The Mint "NBA Champs" silver art bar. After I used my 10% ebay coupon and ebay bucks, I ended up paying a total price of $64.40 for it. I am currently waiting for it to arrive in the mail.

POM---Who made those 2 oz bars? Non-name brand bars make me nervous.
