I just received an e-mail, here is the website with the update.
<< <i>Our production and fulfillment teams will be working around the clock - casting, minting and packaging our silver medallions - to get over 25,000 oz of silver into the hands of our customers by the end of the week.
In light of this new development, we are proud to announce that we are officially re-launching Silver Bullet Silver Shield sales this coming Monday - April 15th.
To celebrate our re-launch, we are releasing a new coin, Redoubt, that champions freedom and liberty as the ultimate tools for survival…stay tuned.
We will also be re-launching both our Freedom Girl and Slave Queen BU medallions, extending their sales to April 30th. Furthermore, customers will have a limited window of time to purchase the last of our Slave Queen special dual-finish medallion.
We encourage our customers to take advantage of silver’s current low market price and place their orders as soon as sales resume. We anticipate selling 50,000 oz by the end of the first week of SBSS sales, so get your orders in quickly to ensure our product supplies meet your demands.
Check out our website for more information regarding our re-launch and the new coin. We will continue to update you throughout the week.

When they deliver them, how are they packaged? Meaning if I purchase 20 I assume they will be in a roll but if I order 10 how are they contained? Will they be delivered in a flip?
Thanks,
Ray
Loves me some shiny!
<< <i>My order of 10 came in the nice white plastic square storage tube( with paddong to fill the top). >>
Excellent, thank you all.

<< <i>I almost bought a couple rolls of the Freedom Girl uncs, until I found SAEs for less. >>
That would be a tough decision, I want the Freedom Girls to give out a Christmas but I like ASEs the best.... hmmmm.
I sent in a complaint message about the long delay a week ago, and then I finally got the tracking number. No correspondence, just the automated email.
(noting how I change my understanding tone when I'm delayed 1.5 months... ha, maybe I'll get one of their coppers!)
Loves me some shiny!
I didn't order any so I'm not out anything but how is it ok to use slave queen prepaid order money to make freedom girl rounds for provident?
Are there people on here that ordered slave queen rounds that still haven't got them yet?

Yes. Me. And I assume others. I will never order from this company again. I ordered in Feb and still no change is order status on there website or answers to emails. They seem to be too busy responding to posts on YouTube. I predict total failure of this business as they seem to have no idea of what they are doing. I don't get that they seem to think they stand for something. They only seem to stand for crappy service, poor business planning, no communication, and unethical practices (taking customers money for months at a time with no delivery of product, I feel like I gave them a no-interest loan)
Lesson learned.
As for who they are sending the orders to first, again, from a business point of view... I think it would be wise to send the large orders to the large companies that are going to do more large orders in the future. I'm not saying I agree with this process, just saying that given the circumstances, they had to make some decisions (I'm not saying any of this is true, this is my thought process).
I would imagine that they will get their process under control and things will improve.

Slave queens available only until april 30th?
If you order a slave queen on april 30th and the people that ordered in January still haven't got theirs yet I predict you will be an angry customer.
I wonder if there is a technical issue with the slave queen design. I mean other issues beyond firing them into a trash can out of a pipe as they clatter out of the press.

i also ordered some of both coins in feb. and have received nothing yet. i did get one rep in the "live chat" to fess up that preference is given to the large dealer orders.

From a business perspective, this makes sense. I would want to sell to a large dealer rather than 100 little orders... keep the big guys happy, as for bad service to the little guys... that will cause them to go elsewhere to buy their product, they even give us the links... Again, from a business point of view, this is the best way to go.
Bottom line is, they are making way more than they ever dreamed of making just by working with the "Authorized dealers".
Keep stackin,
Ray

No, it does not make good business sense to leave your customers in the lurch, take their money, and leave them without a product for months while you switch distribution strategies mid-stream. It is at a minimum unethical. I ordered a few rounds from them on a whim to have something different than my usual ASE's or Silvertowne generic bars. Bad service to us "little guys" is not making me buy their product elsewhere, it is making me buy a different product all together. I will not do any business with them again and I am sure there are many others. It is after all, just another silver round. Plus the entire premise of these being a "limited production" is a farce when they have said that they will reissue the original designs next year. These will most likely trade with zero premium over any other generic round.
If they were going to go with an "authorized dealer" business model then fine. The US mint does that with bullion ASE's. They bulk them out to others and don't sell themselves
Stop taking orders and competing with your own authorized dealers. Some companies do continue to sell direct but they charge more than their own dealer would so they steer sales to the dealer by pricing or if the buyer wants to overpay direct they fill the order.
These people are idiots or greedy jerks or both.
Successful BST transactions with -Youngcoin15, Ajbauman, Metalsman, carew4me, SportsModerator1, Ahrensdad, bstat1020, piecesofme , bigmarty58, Smittys, tydye,DRG ,Coll3ctor, Ciccio, cajun, Swampboy,Excalibur,lordmarcovan,themaster,RedHerring, many more!!!
Oh boy, further into the sink hole.
I knew it would happen.
Oh well, keep stackin... just not these guys material,
Ray
Looks like they are trying to hedge the falling knife.
IF I buy anything in the future , it will be from dealer.
Still waiting on 2/15 order!

Anyone?

I bet the dealers complained that they were underselling them, they then realized that the "little" orders (A roll or less at a time) would stop if they raised their prices. Again, a business decision. I stand by my initial thought that this company is a few friends that got together and put the company together and it got out of hand (At least I hope that is what it is). It is obvious that they are learning as they go and it just so happens that in this time, all eyes are on them. I'm hopping they get themselves in order and produce some nice product in the future.
Ray
For example.
Proof: $42.78
Unc: $30.80
I'm not interested in privately produced silver rounds.

I knew it would happen.
Still want one of those Freedom Girl.... Still on sale out there at Provident Metals: $28.94
Just checked their site again, their premium is $5.99 over spot whereas the premium is $3.99 over spot at Provident Metals.
I read a lot of bad reviews about quality.
All 10 Freedom Girl rounds I received were gems.
I bought the regular ones, not proofs.
