I have decided to give silver bullion this year. I am looking for ideas and unique options. I think I'm going yo go with a 1oz for everyone and something larger per family.
So, what do you recommend?

Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
I have done this few times. One year I bought Christmas rounds encased in plastic capsules (with red ring) that could be hung to the Xmas tree.
Another year I gave some silver bar in velvet pouch and some new 2009 Lincoln cents in a plastic case.
My dad is always the luckiest, since he is a collector too. He got all the Silver State Quarters sets, fractional prospectors and few gold coins.
Pamp has some cool pendants. You can buy bezels for fractional rounds or bars. Those should be cool too.
I now only give ASE and Lunar to the sons of my buddy for their birthday. It is a tradition that my friend likes and I am keeping it up.
Each year is a unique design and they are carried over and hung on the tree from year to year.
I have explained to my son (13) that they are silver and he knows about their shifting value.
Our understanding s for him to keep them as a store of value but they can be used in the future for a valid expense if necessary.
They look great on the tree each year.
They do carry a premium but I feel their unique designs and the spirit in which they are given justify the costs.
edited to add: especially if you can get a year for each recipient that has special meaning.

Provident carries those, I was looking at some of them today. They have fractional silver and copper Indian Head designs that are close to the Gold Indian $5.00 Quarter Eagles.
I'm in derryb's camp. I like Proof Silver Eagles as a meaningful, nice gift.
I knew it would happen.
How about artifacts. Silver shot glasses , belt buckles , silverware , jewelry , etc. ?
I like the Christmas Rounds that come out annually and that may be a good choice for the 1oz that I want to give to each family member (My sister has three children) but for the larger/unique item, I want it to be something unusual that is not in every B&M. I may go with the red circle ornament that nibanny mentioned. I like Pamp but have not ventured in that direction as they have higher premiums (Though like stuff).
Although I like proofs, I can not justify the premium for the shinny background (In my own collection), I will most likely either buy something unique or some bullion that they can cash in when they want (I will explain the uniqueness of anything that I send this year).
UNLVino has a good idea with the 100 year old Dollar but I am trying to educate the family on Precious Metals. Maybe I will do this for their birthdays.
bronco2078, those items come with an additional "Jewelry" mark up, I want to bring the family to the forefront of PMs so I want to get them rounds of some sort.
DrBuster, being in Tennessee I have seen and um... tastes Moonshine... Curled my eyebrows to say the least...lol.
chumley, the list is already too long but does the boards still do a Christmas swap? I'll probably be on board with that this year.
Thank you all for responding,
