3 out of my last sub of 7 cards I received back from PSA were like that. Annoying, yes. Tampered, not necessarily.

Have to see a full frontal shot of the slab to see, one corner is not enough to make a switch etc. May have been just dropped.

I have gotten a few back from PSA like that recently, some are not being sealed completely. I can stick my fingernail in some of the corners.
