Just how scarce are legit 1971 Topps cello packs?

I never see any for sale. I think the cellos in these packs (the ones with the box overwrap) were wrapped pretty loosely (unlike, say late '70's cellos) so there are probably some pretty nice cards lurking.

    Extremely tough to find. If anyone here has one Gai or Psa graded, plmk as I'm looking to purchase one!


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    I don't think I've seen one in the last year. I've been looking for a PSA-graded wax pack (preferably Series 4 is labeled) for a LONG time. Seen a few wax packs pop up, but no cello packs.
    Always buying 1971 OPC Baseball packs.
