Here is a detailed holder with a different type of label then most that you see. This type has the ANACS logo in purple under printing (this picture it looks blueish) and there are 3 rows, instead of two rows on the other common type. In the top row there are 4 symbols, next row has 5 symbols, and the third row has 4 symbols. And the reverse has the red pyramid logo.
This is the more common type that seems to be real easy to find. I found the picture for this one. Now you can see the two different types.
And it comes with a bar code also. The reverse looks the same as before.
