Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
What number of mint sets did you pick this coin from? A rarer find might be the coin that grades MS65.
The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!

That's what I am wondering, I don't really see anything in the pics holding it back from a 68. It looks like the scratches are on the plastic on the reverse. Maybe just a little roughness on the chin?

--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.<< <i>Looks super nice! The way they make coins these days for mint sets, I don't believe they come into contact with each other as they fall onto some kind of cushioned conveyor belt that moves them along to an area where they are packaged for mint sets. And higher hammer pressure is used for the coins earmarked for mint sets while their counterparts, circulating coins are struck with less pressure. Pretty much how every date in the entire series was produced. Being able to distinguish collector coins from those that were struck with less pressure for circulation makes for a great coin collection.

None all of them are from rolls. Hey Now that would be a good give away.

If they got it wrong my guess would be MS66FS
The steps look like they could cut at a touch...nice!
I think it deserves at least MS68FS, but I think it may have received MS67FS
The pictures are blown up, so little things are more noticeable, and the lighting makes it hard to see if there are any surface "differences" that may have caught a grader's eyes....
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
