To me, it's a coin that I would be thinking about replacing as soon as I had it. Others may like the look better than I do, it's certainly not a bad coin.
I would pass as well. Lots of hits on the surface and some spots that would more than likely drive me nuts.
I actively collect, buy and sell US minted Philippine coins from 1903-1945. I am interested in anything during this period, Albums, Proof sets, collections, original rolls and bags, Cullion Leper colony coins etc. Also a big fan of liberty seated coins.
Tough crowd. It's almost original and has extremely light wear. It's downgraded so badly because it is unattractive and has strike weakness on obverse. I'd be inclined to look for a more attractive surfaces but this coin might fit well in the right collection. It's going to be quite inexpensive relative the amount of wear on it.
Unless it's a rare die marriage, I would not be interested. It's not that the coin is bad, it's just that there are a lot of nice mid-grade cents out there ... they just aren't cheap.

<< <i>Pass. Don't like the carbon which appears to be on star 13. Color is attractive, though, and I think the coin is fairly graded. >>
Yeah the obverse has me concerned as well. Think I will wait.

But it doesn't look good in that last pic of the reverse.
I guess it depends which pics it really looks like.
