    So go back to good old Postal money order only transactions. Problem solved and it would help the postal service, a little anyway.

    Sounds to me like they are actually trying to loosen up the freezes through policy changes. Perhaps a step in the right direction.

    Article really doesn't say anything. PP can't reveal the changes now. PP wants to be more transparent as to why your funds are frozen and how to thaw them out. That's about it.

    sounds like they are addressing the freeze concerns of non-sellers. Guess they'll continue to hold 1,000 from my ebay seller account
