The counterpart to my 1932 10 zlotych apparently sold

The 5 zlotych. Anyone know who bought it?

We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.

How about a curtain call for your 10 Zloty Weiss?

W H Y did you not buy it???
And YQQ, the reason I didn't buy it is because the 10 Zloty wiped out my coin budget until 2019

<< <i>If you couldn't work out a deal with NEN for both coins, in installments, then fate didn't want you to have the 5 zloty, at least for now. Don't sweat it, it's only coins, and you got the bigger and better of the two. It's not only that it's the 10 zl., but the fields are cleaner and the cameo stronger. Besides, you never know if it will resurface again, at auction or other, where it will probably be cheaper too.

I don't think it was in the cards to get both, but I waffled about getting the 5 instead of the 10. As I posted before, I first saw these pieces years ago and thought of them as dream coins. Never really thought I'd have one.
Would have saved a bunch of $$ going with the 5. But I love the 10!

500, 1000, 10,000, maybe 50,000?
honestly, these are not my field and I have no idea.
any suggestions, just to satisfy my "knowing it".

In mint state they're few and far between. I've got a very nice NGC graded MS example, and it was around $200.
They can be found online, but many of the ones offered as mint state seem to have been dipped or worse.
You can find plenty of circulated examples online and they are quite affordable. But wow, they took a beating. Not really surprising since they were a 2-year issue and it was right before WWII.
The piece I posted above is the London proof, and it's currently a pop 1/0. There were supposed to have been 100 made, but it's my understanding that only two have ever surfaced and mine is the only one that has been graded and authenticated. I'd like to think it's unique and I will until the other(s) show themselves
As for what it cost...I paid just under half what I would have paid three or four years ago.

Look at the pictures again, right below them, because the link is tricky. The 10 zloty can be seen at $9750 and the 5 zloty at $6750 , the latter underlined and negotiable, but both sold. Apparently, these coins were worth almost twice as much a few years ago. As in sixteenthousandfivehundred

Edit- no, not "I guess". More like definitely. The 10 is bigger, and as Dimitri pointed out, it has nicer cameo contrast, cleaner fields, and no stain on the eagle's wing.
You got the nicer one. Maybe one day you can get its little sister, but until then, be proud of the one you have!
