Two rather pedestrian medals, but they did have some unusual points:
I have seen and ignored this medal in the past. However, this sample has been inscribed, linking it to a definite event.
The second design also is commonplace. I felt that it was somewhat overpriced, but it did refer to a specific event. Also, believe it or not, I was intrigued by the beaded border on the reverse, of all things. I did have the satisfaction (not really; I do not like to upset dealers), of telling the dealer that his price was too high and why. Anyway, here it is -
