LOST...for three weeks...and then it was FOUND!!!

I sometimes put things in a "Safe Temporary Place" before an item can be escorted to the SDB. Sometimes in a drawer under a bunch of junk, sometimes in a sock, sometimes just tossed in my car, sometimes in some magazines or books, sometimes on shelves (behind in or under stuff) etc. Usually this is just for a day or two. Not so much a safe place, just a place that is not in the open you know. Most of us have done this.

I did this a year plus ago and the coin was "missing" for 6 months! What a relief it was to find that thing as I have never lost a coin that I know of...and after that I swore to be more careful.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago and well, I did it again. I WANTED TO TAKE THESE COINS WITH ME TO FUN
Two days after getting back from FUN, I found the missing Top Pop toy...in a cardboard mailer under my car seat...so technically it did go to FUN with me, it just never made it inside.



I promise to be more careful, really!

Yep, happened to me with a $5 gold Indian... was missing for fourteen months. Finally found it in a box of ammo....no idea how it got there. Cheers, RickO
