I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

And the set is from a very good year I might add.

Are you surprised the nickel didn't tone much? ... Or did it?

The Nickel toned almost a sky blue.

<< <i>Thanks for the share. I asked an auction company employee if he knew where I could get some Wayte Raymond holders? He said Mehrig is as good or better so I ordered some for quarters and half dollars. I hear coins tone very nicely in them...It may take months or years though. >>
Or decades...
These came from a big accumulation/collection I recently bought. Among the contents were 2 1954 mint sets that had been placed in 4 Wayte Raymond album pages of 15 coins each. The boards were wrapped in newspaper (dated August 9th 1960), and secured by rubber bands. The rubber bands had pretty much decomposed and had long since lost any resemblance to what they once were.

This monitor is worthless. Cool!
