Does eBay ban these types of misleading bullion auctions?

Ugh. I feel dirty just looking at them..

Silver plated clad sold as one ounce pure silver...

Theres some fine print trying to explain it's not pure silver but the front of the bar looks pretty damning to me.

  • I don't like them either, but they are acceptable to ebay as long as in the proper category.
I flag the ones listed in the silver category all the time.
  • I bid on five different one s before I realized they were clad. I sniped them lol ..& I won them. I thought I was getting a real good deal for 9.99 1 oz. 999.9 silver was all I saw. . I sent them back, and said my dumb girlfriend had bid on them..

As long as they are not listed in the SILVER BULLION category, it's perfectly ok. This seller is accurately listing his items in the Exonumia category, unlike some other sellers who list this garbage in the SILVER BULLION OTHER category, which btw is ok per eBay. Go figure!!!
