    Pre sale items are ok as long as they do not exceed 30 days for delivery from the date of sale. In addition the auction must indicate: PRE SALE. Seller needs a lesson on how to list pre sale items on ebay.

    In this case...I'd stay away. Price is to good to be true. In addition, I wonder if he meant 2013 ASE's.

    i agree, the wording coulda been different on that. i wonder if anyone told them yet?
