PSA Submission Fee Increase 2013

Just saw a posting on PSA's facebook page about submission fee and shipping cost increases effective Jan 1. Guess we can also expect our monthly specials to be impacted as well

So either the cards will be more valuable or people will be wasting more money getting their junk wax coming back as 8's and 9's.

Vast majority of card values are on the decline and psa fees on the incline? Not very smart. They will end up having a $4 or 4.50 special to make up for their revenue problems and when that happens everybody will submit and then complain that orders are weeks past there poppage date. My guess is the special will be the month of march before the quarter ends.

Interesting that shipping is going up.....havent been following it much, but is USPS raising their rates or is PSA going to make even more money of the shipping?

Its the same old, same old - prices up at least 10% because of OBlama-DontCare. You might want to do a submission at least in 2013 before prices really go up due to this stupidity after that.

They are already making money on shipping. The excuse they made to stop returning our cards via registered mail because it was slower than priority mail was BS----they saved money with the switch and never passed on the savings in our postage fees. In fact they went up!

looks like the increases are on the regular and cheapest bulk service. does anyone on these boards use these services? the vast majority of people use the specials for those 2 services.

According to the Government it rose 2.2% and if you include energy and food it's closer to 8%
