    Great year!

I'm not tossing in the towel just yet even though about half my hunting grounds are under 6 inches of snow. I'm less than 100 coins from 35,000 (since I started keeping track in 2002). I want to get there before the end of the year.

Are you sure that your totals are complete? You still have the whole month of December to go and you never know with global warming what might happen. Great totals. Your non-clad totals are just unreal. What does all of this look like in one pile?image

Dock, get out there and hit coin 35,000! Would be a nice feat if you can get it done this year. If you don't mind me asking, where do you live? Here in NH, there isn't any snow right now, but it's been below freezing so the ground is starting to freeze in some areas.

PPC, no guarantees that the detecting year is over. Would be nice to get some weather back in the 40s, and even high 30s. Right now, looks like low/mid 30s for the next few days. Let's all go spray our aerosol cans to get the temps up! Would love to pile up all of the silver for the year and see what kind of pile it creates! Unfortunately, every silver gets put in a 2x2 holder and thrown in an album. Might be able to track down the IHCs, buffalos, Vs, etc and pull a mini Scrooge McDuck. Can provide a pic of that!

Thanks goldrush and Johnny! It's been a long year, now that winter's here, probably good to find a girlfriend, haha.

Ya have to love that "Expired" piece. You need to get out there and find that Silver Dollar. The dirt in you pics sure looks moist. Ours is still dry out here in the midwest.

I'm in Tonawanda NY. Just north of Buffalo, south of Niagara falls. We got a dusting of snow this afternoon but they say we should be in the 50s over the weekend so I might get a shot at 35,000.
