I just wanted to thank llafoe for running this for everyone. Im sure it had to be hard and time consuming to keep up with. Thanks and Merry Christmas to everyone.
My Secret Santa (I can't disclose his name, but I think he really likes 1954 Topps ) sent me an unopened pack of Historic Autograph Company Midwest Champions, a baseball signed by members of the 1975 Cincinnati Reds and a 1975 World Series program! This should cover the next 8 years of Secret Santa gifts!
I think I literally got Santa clause as my secret Santa.... He went way way way above and beyond... To kick things off I got a psa 8 Montana rookie. This alone would have been an amazing unexpected gift but its just the tip of the ice berg. Up next a psa 8 Jerry rice rookie. Ok that's a really good gift in its self.... But we aren't even close to being done. Throw in a Stan musal autographed legendary cuts and 1996 sp buy back auto Griffey jr and Troy aikman 89 score. Now for the really fun stuff. An 80s football unopened pack extravaganza. A nice wax pack run from 81-86. And 2 amazing 86 grocery racks. I ripped everything and did great on the 86. Pulled a super sharp Steve young rookie and another rice rookie. Whoever my secret Santa was I just want to thank you for your incredible generosity. Ill post scans after the holidays. Thanks again and merry Christmas to everyone and their families.
Santa sent me a Gorgeous 1974 PSA 8 Dave Winfield rookie. Not sure how this card did not pull a 9. Its fantastic. I needed this card for my 1974 set. Thanks Secret Santa. I love it.
1987 Topps Vending Box: Back in the day, just about everything you wanted in young players was in this box.
Rookies of Note:
Will Clark, Kevin Mitchell, Chuck Finley (Hey anyone who got beat up by Tawny Kitaen is all right in my book), Mike Greenwell, B.J. Surhoff, Rafael Palmeiro. Wally Joyner, Bobby Bonilla, Jamie Moyer, Bo Jackson, Ruben Sierra, Dave Magadan (now coaching here in Texas),
Well just about all the rookies except Barry Bonds (oh well) but dang there were a lot of good rookies in this set. It's just fun to look at the cards slowly and remember them if you sorted 1987's like I di and I did and I did.
There will be more later, but that was a nice start

Thanks jeffcbay for the awesome Christmas present. I was going to open this on video and upload it but I had company and family over and they wanted to see what I got. This helped me finish The Starlin Castro rainbow minus the superfractor of course. Also I didnt have any of the Sandbergs. The graded 76's also help both my 76 registry set as well as my 76 Cubs set. I was also sent a 76 Wonder Bread Football set which is not pictured which I am trying to do an autographed set of. Thanks again for the awesome gift.
Thank you secret Santa! I got the following hockey goodies:
Henri Richard autograph puck Maurice Richard autographed 8x10 1987 OPC #15 Mario Lemieux psa 9 1983 OPC #376 Scott Stevens PSA 9 1990 Score #439 Marty Brodeur PSA 9
I really appreciate the effort my secret Santa went through to give me things that are close to my collecting heart. I think the secret Santa gift exchange is a great tradition on these boards and I hope it continues on as a highlight of our collecting year.
I agree, everyone stepped it up this year. My Secret Santa was no different. Way over and above.

I want to thank Brian too... he wasn't my Secret Santa, but once he learned I drove a VW, he sent my children enough VW shirts, cups, BBQ items, hats, golf items, soccer balls, footballs, VW Beetle thumbdrives, backpacks, etc., to fill my VW!!!!! He even sent 2 cigars; one for each of my two children!
I want to thank my CU Secret Santa - as today is also my birthday. This package really helped me cap off an awesome day! I received the following beauties...
I collect Topps Tiffany from the 80s - so these cards fit perfectly in the collection.
I also hoard all of the Ripken cards I can get my hands on, and what do you know...
And finally, two classic rookie cards from my childhood!
I can't thank you enough Santa. Your gifts were right on the money!

I make sure all my girls presents are under the tree. I make sure my girls think Santa came and eat the carrots/cookies and spill some milk. I make sure it's past midnight when I open my Secret Santa.
Holy Moly!
I got a little bit of everything -- make that A LOT of everything.
Here is my secret santa gift and I couldn't be more thrilled. I absolutely love vintage cards of the St. Louis Cardinals and a hall of famer to boot. If it wasn't for some mild paper loss on the back of this card, it would go for some big dollars. Just a beauty.
I'm really glad you like the 1974 Topps Winfield PSA 8. It is a stunner for a PSA 8 in my humble opinion.
I got a great secret santa gift. I got a framed 11X14 Pete Rose autograph. He even inscribed it "Hit King".
It is the perfect gift and didn't have one like it.
Thanks to my secret Santa. I loved my gift and will really enjoy it.
