Was wondering if anyone is having any problem other than me. I purchased 5-100 oz bars on 9-17. There website states that they have 30 day delivery period. Well, now it's 11-1 and no silver. Called and talked with Karen but seem to be getting a runaround.

How did you pay?
what does "run around" mean? Have you asked for a tracking number?
six weeks and no delivery, they owe you a good explanation - demand it. My purchases with wire transfers always result in 2-3 days of them shipping it out.

Personally I'd never consider a 30 day delivery on physical.
Situations like this irks me.
Use wire transfer in the future if you don't want delays. I always get quick turnaround with wires.

This, but even with a check, you should have product with 2 weeks. It's not brain surgery. Unless they're selling product they dont have and have the hurricane as an excuse now.
I've never done 1 oz with them, and don't plan to just because of cases like this i've heard about. As long as I have local guys to deal with that's the route I take. I just sold a bunch of .999 locally and got Spot for the most part and even a little over on a few pieces...all were just common stuff. If the local thing isn't do-able, consider reaching out to people here, there's some big dealers here.
Bank wires are the way to go with them if you want to cough up the extra $15 or so. It's worth it IMHO, especially with a minimum 20oz Au or 500 oz Ag purchase.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.

How soon we forget, he did some prison time also for business shenanigans, hope it works out for you. The only reason I don't do bullion business with them is I would never send a dime of my money and wait for them to deliver, it would have to be cash on delivery.

Their raw rare coin business model in the 1980's never impressed me....and I avoided them. Can't recall the details but it just didn't measure up for me.
Everyone gets a second chance, even Beavertown Rare Coins (NJ), but it doesn't mean you ever forget.

Fact remains, they've been around a long time and do tens of millions in business.
Also, I'd like the name of the bullion dealers who are letting you order your bullion "cash on delivery."

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Given Tulving's past history, I've always wondered when things would head south, probably with no warning. In recent times, his volume seems to have increased, such that he turns up his nose at smaller orders that he would have been happy to have a few years earlier. That's probably normal in the bullion business, especially given the low margins and competitive nature of bullion.
In the bullion business, it always pays to stay current by shopping around the major bullion dealers. I would start getting concerned if the precious metals market began to show signs of weakening or crashing, which would directly impact the bullion dealers' liquidity. Some of them are probably well-hedged and well-financed, but you never know for sure. I think that today's market is pretty healthy, so my perception of the current risk from established dealers is small. I've been pleased about my dealings with both Scotsman and Silvertowne. John Maben also seems to have a well-run shop at Modern Coin Mart. Apmex is another one that will be around for a long time, and their business model is sound in my opinion.
I'd pay some attention to what Jim Sinclair, James Willie and others have to say about the international sovereign gold account issues that continue to surface. Do your diligence before you send money. At some point, it may happen that gold and/or silver just isn't available.
I knew it would happen.
Lot of bad checks going around lately.
