Talking about coins is only part of the reason people come here. It seems, this forum is the primary social outlet for many.
Make this coin related and post a coin.

There are only two reasons I've ever started a thread on this forum. Either
it was to discuss coins and/ or forces affecting coins or to discuss the operation
of this forum. I believe discussing the forum is directly related to coins still since
this site is among the most active sites. I've pretty much stopped posting threads
about the forum since some consider it OT.
Many of my posts are, obviously, less topical.

I post to discuss coins, coin-related topics, coin forum-related topics, and coin people-related topics.
I generally post for information exchange but now and again for entertainment and amusement.
In fact here is a NEWP received yesterday. Found the dual crescent toning interesting
and it was affordable.
2. Unusual interest in a subject that I wish to share
3. Expanding upon a recent topic that I wish to take in a different direction
I rarely have started threads.

that i believe this place is great to collect and spread information, mostly about coins
