66 and 67 on really good day (PCGS is tough with "S" mint Lincolns in 7).

I think the tics to the face and head will hold it back to 66.

Looks quite nice, though, and is worth a shot. PCGS has graded 188 67's.

It's not uncommon for there to be a die chip in this area. I'm guessing that's what we're seeing.

I've seen many MS67's that didn't look that clean.

As Shamika has already pointed out, it is a small metal blob.

I have a few others with a blob in the loop of the 9 that is so big, it looks like a muffin top

Nice coin, and it could go a 67 but like Lance I think the number of small nicks/ticks on the obv might hold it to a 66. I'd say that this is a coin flip and could go either way depending on the day its graded.

If I were submitting it, it would end up 65. Should grade 66+.

Long as there aren't any tick marks in the field that are being hidden by the lighting in the photo, then I think it would go 67RD. If the luster is better than the photo suggests, it might even get a +...

Thanks for all of the opinions. I pulled 5 coins out of the roll that look like this one. I'll be sending them in with a large group of Lincolns shortly.

I think the facial marks and the small spots will hold it to 65 RD.
