Salem, MA checking in. Less than 200 yards from the water here, but luckily it is a protected cove, some oversplash, but no damage. 70 MPH winds from 2pm until just before midnight, some branches down, some house trim and shingles here and there, but nothing major. Never lost power, some other parts of the city did, but most, if not all, back up already. Not much rain here along the coast either, I'd be surprised if it was even an inch.
Guess we are just too used to it here, we have winter storms with the same winds, plus the added weight of wet snow. If it hasn't fallen or collasped last winter, it most likely won't when you get a little rain and the same winds.
Best wishes go out to everyone affected by this storm. Stay safe during clean-up, it can be more dangerous than the storm itself.
We got very lucky, never lost power. I am shocked. Everyone around us lost power. Later when it calms down more I will have to start cleaning up the debris and check for damage in the rain. We still have 3 days of rain ahead of us with a high of 45 degrees.
Came in to work this morning to see this in front of our building. Still haven't shut down the power to replace it yet. Guess they're still trying to figure out how to do it.

2/3rds of New Jersey without power.
Lots of down trees in our neighborhood.
The street right next to me does not have power, but I do.
