Need to know best way to ship US to Russia with some sort of tracking. Box with 200-300 cards. Any help appreciated.

priority mail flat rate box would be your best rate depending on the smallest size box you can use

Also, going to be in canada in two weeks, is there a better way to ship to russia from their, again any help appreciated based on user experience.

I doubt that you are going to get any kind of tracking outside of the U.S.

Registered or Express Mail are the only services with tracking for International mail but you are at the mercy of the foreign country to scan your package.
