Help indentifying 1800 Draped Bust 1c

Any help is appreciated. It's not an overdate. That's about all I know, except it's in a 6 holder.

    I just hate identifying these 1800 cents. A few are easy, most are a pain in the butt.

    1800 is one of the more difficult years to attribute by Sheldon number. I once owned a very nice piece in VF-35, and it took me forever to peg the Sheldon number. 1800 is also a "sleeper date" in really nice condition. Most examples are worn.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    Pretty sure that reverse is an R (misshapen T in UNITED, short bar, uneven top of F), and I think the obverse is a 15. The clashing isn't prominent but the die sinking above Y and the clear date are there. E tilts slightly too. So S.209?

    Compare to the one below.

    Conder ATS, or Marshall at CT, are really good at attribution. You could check there.
