Headed for the ANA show in Dallas on Friday looking for some coins. I wasn't really sure just what I was looking for. I just knew that I would know it when I found it. Success. 
Another reason for the 2 1/2 drive was to take some coins for Todd to image.
This quarter is one that I picked up several weeks back for my 1936 - 1942 proof set which I am trying to assemble in Pr65 Rattler holders. I had one dealer at the show ask me why? It was a very good question and to be honest I am not sure why. Just am. So there.
The first images are from the seller and the second set of images are from Todd. He nailed the pics. Just wanted to share because we all know that what you see sometimes is not what you get. Thankfully.

Also it is a rather nice coin....

Also it is a rather nice coin....
If an older proof coin is not cameo with frost and mirrored fields I prefer them to look like this one. Undipped and with some character.
Not for everyone I know, but I like it.
