Anyone ever find a 1943 Steel cent?

None here... but I guess it would just be a round rust ball by now and would null for most of us as iron. Anyone here ever find one?

I used to have a roll of UNC ones. They really are not that uncommon. Kind of depends where it was lost.

i did once and it bounced around from cent to iron. it was the oddest thing but i did dig and it was all rusted to heck. i checked the hole and there was nothing else.

Yep, but usually rusted. Did find one in sandy soil by a house foundation once, and it was in good condition, but that is rare. Cheers, RickO

Yep found 2 in the last year in change counting machine reject slots

Only in the CoinStar machine. I've heard of people finding coin spills where you could tell a steel cent was between two other coins. Lefta rust stain.
