Looks like a technical AU58FH but I'm guessing with the color they gave it a 62 or 63FH.

I actually pm'd him an iPhone image and discussed it with him first

This is the iPhone image I sent him......it actually shows the luster better
than my regular camera

A bit blurry but shows toning and luster better

1st image shows what appears to be slight wear on Miss Liberty's rt. breast, so the coin does not appear to be Unc.

Hey hey, look at the first set of photos and then the just supplied one. Cut me some slack

With the new photos I can see it being low UNC, highest being a 62, but I wouldn't be surprised with a 58 since there is a significant amount of rub on the obverse and some on the reverse as well. The first set of photos makes the coin look dead in terms of luster.

This is the type of toning that tends to produce varied opinions. Some people only like nice and orderly colors that frame the devices or at least coins that display evenly distributed toning. This coin doesn't qualify as such, but random toning for me can have a different appeal and i think the coin looks great. Better images might convert a few of the dissenters.
In any event, nice acquisition and thanks for sharing.

I like the color, the luster, and strike. Also agree with the AU58 grade. Can't see this any lower.

The 2nd set of photos show the coin in a far better light. The obv wear is minimal and would often be accepted on more lustrous coins graded 62-63.

The only thing that truly matters is that your happy with your purchase. I think this coin probably has much better color than your images suggest.
