Does TrueView add value to coins?

Last question before football...and then baseball.
Can the TrueView image add value to a coin? How about other professional imaging? If yes, which adds more. Can either subtract value?

I may bid a bit more knowing a TrueView is included.

CJ: 'No one!' [Ain't no angels in the coin biz]
Also, TrueViews can be hit or miss...sometimes they give the coin a cartoonish look.
this is especially true of "three degree toners" where there is one specific angle and bright light at which the rainbow appears and coin does NOT look dirty grey-brown.

Many who say no probably don't sell very often.
Also the higher value coins it may not make as much of an add as they are normally bought on approval.

I agree with the above and was going to write similar but, since it was already said, I will just agree.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I have never bought a coin at auction from a trueview picture.
They just do not look like it would be the same in hand.

Agree with this. I am very old school, and I won't even bid on a coin which is going for over a nominal amount unless I see it personally, or have at least one person (preferably two people) I trust look at it for me.
Close to ten years ago, I learned the pitfalls of viewing images of coins and not the coins themselves (and didn't lose a cent in the process). As good as an image may be, you really need to see the coin. Caveat emptor.
