Ebay Shipping Insurance Default......

Be careful if you use Ebay shipping to ship your coins. I had not sold any coins recently until selling some items this week. I use Ebay shipping and added insurance to the item's shipping. The default selection was "Shipcover Insurance" with the USPS as a secondary choice. I used the default setting and then moved on to the second item. Being a little more careful with this item, I read the Terms of Service for the Shipcover Insurance. Item number one under "items not covered" was coins, bullion, diamonds, etc. It turns out that on the first item I shipped, I paid more money (than the USPS insurance) and was not covered for any loss. I voided the first label and made sure to use the USPS selection. HM
