In the up coming Heritage auction Lot 3061 - a 1795 C-1 half cent ( someone help me out with a link )

Is that an under type below the 9 in the date and maybe below the lowest curls and an opinion

I see something, but not sure if it's an actual shape or corrosion. Could it be the upper portion of another 9?

I think it is just a spot of corrosion.

Here is a high grade example of the same variety, 1795 C-1, you can use to see if you see anything on the dies that would help you. I see something (under type?) at 11k inside the wreath on the reverse.
