Miguel Cabrera 2000 autograph...sell raw or grade?

Just realized I had two of these minor league autographed sets and Cabrera is in the set. Just wondering if the hype will continue after the season or should I sell raw now? I was going to send in for grading but dont want to "miss the boat". Raw are selling for around $150..what should I do?
