How many die pairs are known for 1843-D (Large mm) Quarter Eagle?

I can't seem to find the reference on Liberty Head $2.50 varieties. I used to have one of Akers volumes, but it is MIA. image

    According to Doug Winter there is only one variety of the 1843-D large mint mark quarter eagle. Winter says that it is "quite rare" and should sell for a premium over the two more common small mint mark varieties. There is one very rare small mint mark variety that was unique when Winter published the second edition of his Dahlonega gold coin book.
