Picked up a new PAMP...ever see it before?

VetterVetter Posts: 790 ✭✭✭✭✭
Well since I can't afford the 1 oz gold version of this bar that's on eBay, I picked up a nice 1/2 oz version to go with my 1 oz'er. Never seen one before and I didn't even know they made one this size. Is this new to all you PAMP collectors out there, or is it easier to get then the 1 oz. Oh, I paid 3X silver for it.

I saw half ounces before and I thought instead that they didn't make it in 1 oz size.
I would assume that the 1/2 oz demands a big premium (so 3x melt is fair, imo).

Yep. I have seen the 1-oz silver version before at a coin show that I attended earlier this year. It is a "Nude Honey Comb with Bees" that was minted in 1984. I have never seen the 1/2-oz version before anywhere and I do not see many of the those types of PAMP bars (1-oz or 1/2 versions) on ebay. That is a very good find IMO. Congrats. image

I just recently got the 1oz version of this bar and I showed it to my wife and she called it a Porn Bar.

I told her that's what you call an art bar... She said "Art Huh, is that what the stuff is all over the internet?"

    I said no, that's porn.

Matter of fact, I used to have the 1 oz version. image I'm willing to bet, that no one, except the forum member, who I traded this one for, has one or even seen one for sale on eBay. Extremely rare, but a must for folks with a Polish heritage.

I wonder if its part of a series ...PAMP does that a lot ...maybe a seasonal theme or agriculture theme?

The Polish bar is part of a series of polish landmarks as well.
