    Mhammerman, sounds to me like you are try to replace 40 years of experience. How do you do that unless you hire someone your own age? Of course a 30yr old is not going to have the same experience as a 60 yr old, but that doesnt mean the person is not qualified or doesnt have the capacity to learn. Heck, after 5 years she may even do the job better than you.
