    For common circulated coins I would just cash them in at your local Coin Shop. You don't have to worry about fees.

    sell them by the roll for melt, they will move quickly and less of a % than any reseller

    Yes,

    you will get more money here(BST), when i buy them over the counter I am a little lower on price, and still higher than other shops around. Unless you can find a shop where they are tapped into being able to sell them otc, or to a retail outlet, it will be marginally less.
    we were selling silver like mad at 28-33, but when it crossed 34, people stopped buying.(afraid of the correction)
