It's graded exactly right in my opinion, It's got a bit too much wear on the top of the wing tips to go AU. Maybe you can get lucky and get AU50. The obverse seems close, but these days PCGS tries not to over grade. It has just a bit of chatter on the obverse as well.
I say it's a perfect 45.. I dare you to cross it.
