1970-1975 Massive Clean - 50+ SUCCESSFUL TRADES - BACK AGAIN

I am now down to what I call investment grade cards I still have about 8000-10000 Cards. I will try to list quality and approximate numbers Let me know if you are interested

I have grade quite a few. Many of these would not garner PSA 9's, but many would at least 7.5 or 8 I will highlight where there are differences

Send me your want lists. This is the nicest and biggest lot I have ever come across Please see details along. Many I will be grading, but if you have a strong ( no bottom feeding) bid for the stars I will let them go but not cheaply. Great way to fill high end raw want lists and possibly creating value by buying raw and grading. I have gone through every card. It may take some time to get back to all of you.

Massive solid. Cards were purchased by two cousins. They opened over 1,000 wax packs and over 150 rack packs. All strong. Hockey very strong

  • Overwhelmed by the responses and appreciate the interest.

For the most part I will be filling want lists. A bulk request would have to create value for me as these are gradeable quality cards. very high end stuff image

Really wanting to fill want lists at this time. If any of you are in NYC and have interest I will be doing the midtown card show in Manhattan at Holy Cross Church on 43rd Street.

    Thanks for the response.

All requests responded too. Will send scans and further answers when I get home tonite.

  • Had the pleasure of meeting Barry today at the holy cross card show in NYC. Good guy - great passion for the hobby. Premium material. A pleasure to deal with.

Good luck with the sales and the sets, Barry. You should post some of your Wilts and other stuff - gorgeous cards.

  • Filling 1973 baseball requests tonite. yes Topps29 that means I am numerically sorting through 1400 cards. Yea

barry that is the report from collation heavenimageimageimageimageimageimage
  • I'm interested but I have some questions.....

I'd need a Dodgers only lot. Can you do that?

How much did you cherry pick this lot for grading? I assume everybody who sells on here does this because it wouldnt make any sense not to.

    Thanks!
  • Is it too late to count in for unknown cards and unknown condition after you get done going through it?
  • That was sort of my question.....he said he'd be grading many of these, so this is a "leftover lot"?
  • Not a left over lot. Willing to consider all reasonable offers for all cards.

got my cards last week. They were shipped and packed very quickly and securely.

And I have to say, those 73s are very nice indeed. Thanks a lot!
  • I wanted to post my feedback after having received a 46 card NM-MT 1973 Topps Baseball Lot from California Cards.

The cards were exactly as advertised, sharp corners & good centering. The cards are raw, but the quality level is PSA 8.

The cards were reasonably priced, and worth every penny.

The packaging was done carefully, and secure, and delivery was prompt.

Thius was my first buy from Barry, and I have asked to buy more!

MANY THANKS FOR THE NICE FIRSTTRANSACTION!

Successful transaction with LeagueLeader, Mattinglyming23,Scottiec2288,Billwaltonsbeard,Mcolney1,FavreFan1971,Orioles93,captainthreeputt, InitialD

InitialD sorry for delay thought it was ok because you were vaca'ing.

Board - I still have a lot of fresh looking smoking corners material from 1970-1975 ALL TOPPS NO OPC sorry Hockey fans image

Hockey - 1970 great centering and corners, 1971 remnants left have sold a bunch, 1972 mostly untouched great shape, 1973- one person has bought 6 cards nicely centered and vibrant colors, 1974- picked through for my set - has nice potential, 1975 - small lot. In addition I have the 1970 Topps OPC Stickers and the 1970 Story Booklets great stuff

Basketball 1971 - nice quite a few lots of star power, 1972 - nice lot, 1973 - one order going out to someone, lots left potential there as well, 1974 small lot

Football - nice 1971 lot - no orders yet, 1972 - lots of orders still lots left - some people picking around the edges, 1973 Football - may be the nicest of all four sports, 1974 Football same comments at 1973. I have the green scratch off FB games maybe 50-60 of those

Baseball - 1971- sold they were screaming, 1972 - lots of potential 8's and 9's went through them last night. I have 100-200 that would grade 8-9's not doing the set. If someone is they should negotiate with me these will not be cheap, but are screaming, 1973- could make several 100-200 lot orders for great raw sets. 1974 some star power very nice. 1975- people nibbling around the edges -100 or so that would grade 8+

Let me know your potential issues. Great working with all of you so far

Two posts one day I know.

Just wanted to try and let everyone know that I will be taking some of the 15,000 cards to the Midtown Manhattan show this weekend. I know it is not the best show in town but trying to gear up some of the NYC folks for some trading and making it worth my while. I am not really a dealer but I guess since I bought this lot above and my wife wants me to get rid of some of this it would behoove me to move some of this material.

I will be posting and referencing this thread on the community page. I would like my jersey and NYC friends to come by and buy some of this stuff.

Let me know or pm me
