Best place to buy a kilo of the good stuff?

I am looking for a kilo of the good stuff, the real good stuff, as pure as it gets .999 fine maybe .9999 fine. I don't like other junk melted and mixed with my white stuff, while others can live with 90% or even 80% to the north of us (guess the farther you go north the harder it is to get pure stuff so they mixed it with junk to pass on to the suckers). Of course down south in Mexico, hey cut the stuff to .720, then lower then lower to the point where you only got 10% of the pure white stuff and 90% junk, but hey, you gotta to what you gotta do. Okay, enough with the South American to Florida talk, who, if anyone sells kilos of silver? I had a .999 poured JM bar I sold for $1 oz over spot, but silver was also like $45/oz then so I did okay, but it makes me sick 1) I sold my only Kilo Bar 2) It was a poured, old style kilo silver bar image Haven't begun my search yet so thought I would check here first, does Kitco or someone else make/sell or sell 1 kilo silver bars? If here (BST) is my best bet, then will post here, but thought why not ask the guru's here first. Keep it hard and precious guys and gals- Texas

The RCM (Royal Canadian Mint) 1 kilo bars are .9999 fine silver and available just about anywhere...APMEX, Provident..just to name a few.

Those are 100 oz .9999 bars. Tulving has them at .59 over spot, minimum five 100 ouncers.

Ebay will have variety, but the prices are in the nose bleed section for most kilo bars.
Kilos I have seen/had are usually .999 with the exception of the Ohio precious metal ones that are .9998 which can be had on provident relatively cheap.

Still has a pinch of cut in it though...

IMO, I would buy a NEW kilo bar on APMEX and that way, I would feel safe that it was 100% authentic.

I don't know the fineness, but I like the 1 Kilo Aussie Kooks. I was somewhat surprised when I checked on Apmex and it appears that some of the older 1 Kilo Kooks have done very well in terms of numismatic appreciation.

OPM makes new poured style 1 kilo bars. I purchased one locally, not long ago.

I stand corrected those RCM bars are 100 ozers. If you like kilo bars, you'll like the 100 oz even better. The only kilo silver that I've ever owned, was the Aussie kook and as jmski indicated, they have a numismatic premium attached to their price.

I've bought silver bars from Monarch Pecious Metals. They are reliable and have good prices. Get on their mailing address for their specials.

Unfortunately, they do not accept Personal Checks. As such I've never dealt with them. Furthermore, Provident's prices are similar, if not lower on the popular items+ their s&h fee is a little bid less.
