    << <i>Then the rebuttal after he found out he was getting a refund AND the card. As if having to wait 37 minutes for a refund was a ridiculous proposition. That's my problem with the whole scenario. >>

    Let's revisit what the very reasonable buyer said, shall we? "Dear raiderguy100, I understand now. However, I paid for the item earlier today and now you refund me?- frontline130"

    What in the world is so offensive about that?

    Me thinks you need to take a step back and think about your selling practices. If the vast majority of folks around here who have already chimed in with a similar suggestion don't help you see that it was your selling practices that caused the problem, then it's probably not worth continuing to try to defend yourself. You are looking pretty foolish, IMO.

    Also, for the record, the auction just ended 7 days ago today. Considering it was a Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend, even today would be too soon to file for NPB. Good grief, man, get a grip. Either that or change the title of the thread to "Ebay Seller To Never Buy From - raiderguy100"
  • George Castanza didn't know he was offending the guy by double dipping the chip. From now on, when you take a chip, just take one dip, and end it.

    Not defending the fact that the OP had a 4 day NPB automatically on and all the other crap, BUT;

    I read the above as the buyer thinks he is not getting the card, why else would he end the sentence with a ?

    I could be wrong.
    Good for you.
