    Been there, done that, bought the T shirt. Always a bummer when it happens.

    However, how many times where you on the winning end of those situations?
    I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.

    If you placed your max bid to fit your budget and what you thought the item was worth, then you should have no regrets. I try to use snipe bids so I have to put some thought up front on what I want/can afford to spend on a card or whatever.

    There'll be another later on...
