Haven't bought a major coin for the collection in quite a while. I have been trying to find a nice French coin for a long time, right around 3 years. Was browsing Evan Gale's site the other day and saw this one. It really is a monster in hand and fits in well with the quality and look of the rest of the world travels collection. Problem is that I am visiting countries faster than I can find coins to fill the slots!

Definitions of monsters vary but like I said it's top pop and crown-sized so it could be perfect for your set!
BTW, love that 5 Francs always was one of my favorite obverse designs!
