I am getting a malware warning when I try to go to the site. Anyone else!

with cookies not being digitally signed and whatnot

I haven't used TT in a decade, but that's not out of any hostility towards them. Ebay just kind of took their place with me.

Very good advice, and something many people don't listen to and subsequently get compromised again.

The #1 tip is to use a different password on every website as that fully mitigates any cross-pollution of an attack.

Absolutely. I though since they posted that large red-letter warning, that they had recovered control over their website.

If they haven't fixed it yet, then wait until they have!

I didn't have any issues after this was posted last nite, but this morning I get a warning with both FF and Google chrome. Am using Microsoft Security Essentials. I was able to proceed to their site with no issues. Same for IE 8.

I only got that when I tried to access their rewards vault. Figures...LOL finally about to cash my rewards in and they are hacked. Rest of the site worked fine for me but I didn't see anything last night that interested me.

one CSR I talked with said "they're working on it"


1. Google teletrade
2. look for link near top that says "More results from teletrade.com"
3. You will see a bunch of links solely from teletrade.com

Result: Google is flagging some pages with This site may harm your computer.

(TT is aware of Google flag)



I wouldn't browse there just yet.

no software is 100% effective in identifying nor defeating malware.

Had the same warning in an msn email when I clicked on the link to look at an invoice in Google.

Opened IE9 and went to TT's site directly with no warning.

it may be a browser specific threat, it may not.

as long as others are still getting threat warnings, I'm staying away.
